Why Harper?
The name Harper is a nod to two favorites:
To Kill a Mockingbird author Harper Lee and and the historic town of Harpers Ferry, WV.
Both represent the opportunity to stand up against racial injustice and oppression. This concept, along with modernizing today's HR practices to be equitable and inclusive for all, is the foundation of our approach.
